Check-in Procedure
- 1Check-in is recommended 30 minutes in advance for those who have not created an account and registered. This will allow the staff to help customers with an account and to arrange a day pass and/or help customers with registration. A customer account is required for check-in before entering the facility. An adult is required to check-in any participants under the age of 16.
- 2Check-in is recommended 15 minutes in advance for all participants who have completed registration and all forms.
- 3Athletes will be able to take rented space on the hour and are asked not to prior.
Clean-up Procedure
- 1We ask that all participants begin to clean up 5-10 minutes before finishing and clearing space. This helps with the transitioning of space.
- 2Clean-up is the responsibility of the individuals using the space. It’s an expectation that all Forge equipment is returned to where it was prior to use of the space.
- 3It is the responsibility of those in the space to be cleaned up and cleared from the space by the end of the hour, allowing the next group to take the space.
